Prime Storage, 530 S Wildcat Ln

About Prime Storage

Prime Storage on Wichita's main road runs a clean, well-kept self-storage building with indoor units, including climate-controlled options. Reviewers often bring up climate control and affordable rates. You can rent online or at the kiosk inside the office, and many say the process is quick. Staff get good marks. One reviewer had a smooth virtual check-in with Dee at the kiosk. Others mention helpful employees and flat carts for moving gear. The place has lit units and wide indoor access, so hauling big items is easier. Boat and vehicle storage are also options. A few reviews note downsides. Some long-term renters saw rent go up more than once in a year. Others had garage doors or the elevator out of service, which slowed access. A customer with an oil spill from a neighboring unit said communication was slow. If you need steady climate control and easy online rental, it's worth a look. Ask about current pricing and door maintenance before you sign.
