About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Arlington Heights and covers more than household goods. The listing mentions covered, indoor and outdoor storage, and RV, boat and car storage are named among the services. Access is through an electronic gate and keypad, and the property is lit and open 24/7. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Chris, Jesse and Brent get named for walking people through costs, moving someone to another unit and sorting out a lost lock key without drama. Several describe the place as clean and well lit, and one person liked the phone app for reaching their belongings and account. Not every review is glowing. One renter hit a rate increase a few months in, and a couple of others describe pest problems and say management did not respond. Worth reading the full set before you commit. The manager tip in one review: skip corporate support and talk to the location directly.
