About Public Storage
Public Storage on Algonquin Road in Arlington Heights handles indoor RV storage along with standard self-storage. The property is wheel-chair accessible, and you can get to your rig any time since gate access runs 24/7. Units are drive-up with rollup or swing doors, and some are inside buildings. Reviewers mostly talk about the staff. Maria gets named a lot, with people saying she's patient and knows her stuff. The mobile app comes up too, since you can rent and manage your unit from your phone. Others mention the property staying clean and the gate system working like it should. A few reviews note rate increases and a billing hiccup that got sorted out. Reserving online is free and doesn't lock you in. If you want to skip the counter, the eRental option lets you go straight to your unit on move-in day. It's a big facility with a solid rating, so it's worth a look if you're parking an RV in the northwest suburbs.
