About Public Storage

This Public Storage on Monroe Drive in Atlanta rents covered, indoor, and outdoor spaces for RVs, boats, and cars. It's a gated facility with keypad access and lighting, and the company has been in business for nearly 50 years. Reviewers often mention polite staff, and some note a clean location. A few talk about the loading dock and finding the right unit. But not everyone is happy: recent reviews describe problems with the gate not recognizing phone numbers and long waits to reach a manager. One reviewer says the phone was answered only once out of many tries. If you go, check the most recent reviews to see how things stand now. The facility offers drive-up access and online rental.
