About Public Storage

This Public Storage on the south side of Atlanta offers indoor and drive-up units, including large 10x20 and 10x30 spaces that work for vehicles and boats. The property has cameras and 24-hour access, so you can get to your rig on your schedule. It's a self-storage facility first, but RVs and boats are welcome in the outdoor spots. Reviewers often mention Brandon, the property manager, by name. They describe him as professional and helpful, especially when someone wins an auction or needs a unit set up quickly. The staff in general gets kind words for being pleasant and easy to work with. A few people mention finding a unit or moving in without much fuss. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about security after a break-in and said the cameras weren't working. Another had trouble reaching anyone on site. Still, with a 4.5 rating across 366 reviews, most folks seem satisfied. The location is easy to get to, and online rental lets you skip the counter.
