About Public Storage
This Aurora Public Storage handles more than just household goods. The listings include large outdoor drive-up spots marked for RVs, boats, and vehicles, plus enclosed drive-up units in sizes up to 10x30 for rigs that need a roof over them. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Several name employees like Lyndsey, Addison, Samantha, and Kevin for getting them through a rough move or fixing a reservation snag. Cleanliness comes up often too, and the rating sits at 4.8 across 618 reviews. Not every note is glowing, though. One reviewer felt the service slipped after move-in and called it a budget option where you get what you pay for. Smaller 5x10 units with drive-up access are an option if you just need a corner for gear. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and online rental lets you skip the counter. It is not open 24/7, so check the posted hours before you haul over.
