About Storage King USA
Storage King USA on Huron Alameda Ave in Denver offers self storage plus vehicle, RV, and boat storage. The place is gated and has 24/7 video surveillance, so your rig isn't sitting in an open lot. There's also an automated kiosk for self-service and online rentals if you'd rather not deal with an office visit. Reviewers often mention the staff by name and describe a family-owned feel, with Cliff and Karen getting called out for being kind and attentive. The rental process gets described as quick and clear. A few people mention a new gate and set gate hours, which matters if you plan to pull a big rig in and out. Not every review is glowing. Some long-term customers say rates climbed more than they expected over time, and one person had a bad experience with a unit that was already locked on move-in day. The office isn't open 24/7, so check hours before you go. Overall the rating sits at 4.8 from 459 reviews, with the staff carrying most of that score.

“I just moved in today and was surprised at the service I received. It felt like going to a mom & pop store. I'm very glad to have moved here. Karen and Criff are very attentive and you can tell they care about your experience.” – RO M., 6 months ago, on Google
“The folks at the Alameda location are wonderful! They keep the place up very well. The company itself has no loyalty to long term customers. Expect consistent price hikes the entire time you are there.” – J. (., 7 months ago, on Google
“Cliff was so kind and helpful on my initial visit! It's nice to have a "family" vibe at a facility like that instead of all the corporate nonsense! Great facility!” – Ceil, 2 months ago, on Google
