About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Bee Cave and handles RV, boat, car and business storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor options. The lot is gated and lit, and keypad access lets you get to your rig around the clock. Online booking and a storage app are part of the setup, so you can rent without standing at a counter. Reviewers keep bringing up Mary at the front desk. People describe her as patient, friendly and quick to step in when something goes wrong, including one renter who spilled paint and got help cleaning up. Others mention a smooth rental process and a facility that feels safe. The 4.9 rating across 493 reviews backs that up. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer saw the monthly rate climb sharply in under two years and had trouble reaching anyone to sort out a billing mistake. Others praise the attention to detail. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you sign.
