About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Birmingham and handles more than household goods. RV, boat and car storage are on the menu, with covered, indoor and outdoor options mentioned, so there is room to pick what fits your rig. The gate is electronic with keypad access, and the property is lit and open to renters around the clock. Reviews lean heavily on the staff. Renter after renter names Queen, Tammy, Erica and Mrs. Jordan for being kind, patient and sharp about the paperwork. One long-term tenant said the care came through during a stressful stretch. Billing and the rental process come up too, mostly in a good light. A few people walked in after calling around and were relieved to get a straight answer instead of a brush-off. The lot is quiet, wheelchair accessible at the entrance and parking, and you can start a rental online if you would rather skip the counter.
