About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in Birmingham and offers drive-up access on most units, from small 5x5s up to 10x30 spaces the listings note for boats or vehicles. Doors are rollup, and the larger units are enclosed. Gate access runs 24/7, so you are not locked into office hours to get to your rig. The location rates 4.8 across 545 Google reviews, and the staff is what comes up most. Reviewers name Mr. James, Jasmaine, Casey, Kayla and Erica, noting that people take time to answer questions and walk through the process. A few mention clear explanations and easy move-ins. Not every review is glowing; one customer reported rodent damage and trouble reaching a district manager about a claim. Moving supplies are sold on site, and the counter also handles boat storage inquiries. Sizes are listed for ground-floor outside units, so ask what fits your rig before you commit.
