About Public Storage
Public Storage on the north side of Carpentersville handles more than boxes. The lot covers outdoor, covered and indoor storage, and the services list includes RV, boat and car parking, so there is room for a rig that will not fit in a driveway. The gate works on a keypad and the lights stay on, and access runs around the clock. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and reviewers often bring up the staff by name for being polite and helpful with the paperwork. One noted how quick and easy the online rental went. Most of the 453 Google reviews land at 4.8 stars. Some renters had a rougher time: a few mention late fees and not finding anyone on site during posted hours, so it is worth knowing what to expect before you sign.
