About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in Chanhassen and handles self-storage, vehicle and boat parking all in one place. The 4.8 rating across 521 Google reviews says a lot about how the front desk treats people. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Stoney and Tom get named for walking people through unit changes, answering questions fast, and showing units before signing. One reviewer called the process simple and easy, another liked that self-service worked around the clock for the first day. The complex gets described as well kept, and the app makes it easy to get in and move around. Unit options include outside drive-up spaces with rollup doors, some sized for boats or vehicles, plus climate controlled inside units reachable by elevator. Online reservation is free and there's an eRental option if you'd rather skip the counter. Access is 24/7, the site is wheelchair accessible, and moving supplies are sold on site.
