About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Eden Prairie and handles more than household goods. The listing covers RV, boat and car storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor spaces mentioned. Access is gated and keypad controlled, the grounds are lit, and the site is open around the clock. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Craig, Charlie, Tom and Ashley get named for walking customers through options and fixing mix-ups, like one renter who arrived with an eRental and the wrong unit type. Others describe the site as clean and easy to move through. A few note that rates have climbed and that reaching billing support can take a while. Rental can be started online, and there is an on site manager. If you are parking a rig here, the staff attention is the part people mention most.
