About Public Storage
Public Storage on Wilkinson Blvd in Charlotte offers indoor and drive-up units, including 10x20 spaces that work for vehicle parking. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with a rollup door on each unit. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, saying they are patient and helpful when picking a unit. Many call the property manager kind and welcoming. A few note the spaces are clean and the lot is well lit. Not every review is positive. Some customers had trouble reaching a manager by phone and waited days for a response. Others found their unit needed cleaning before move-in.
