About Public Storage
This Charlotte Public Storage handles more than just household clutter. The listing includes covered, indoor and outdoor spaces, along with car, boat and RV storage, so there's room for a rig that won't fit in the driveway. The property is gated with keypad access. Online booking draws steady praise in the reviews. You can reserve a space without committing, and eRental lets you skip the counter. Reviewers repeatedly single out the property manager and other staff as helpful with questions. It's not all smooth. Several reviews mention rent increases, and a few say the posted gate hours didn't match what they found when they showed up. The 4.4 rating across 282 reviews suggests most people leave satisfied, but read the recent ones before you sign.
