About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Charlotte and handles more than just household overflow. The lot takes large outdoor parking spots with drive-up access for RVs, boats, and other vehicles. There are also enclosed 10x25 outside units if you want your rig behind a door rather than out in the open. Indoor climate-controlled units are available too. Access runs around the clock, and the property is lit and gated, with an app that opens the gates. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else, and most of it is kind. Several name specific people who were patient and helpful during move-in. A handful of reviews go the other way though, describing rate increases and a rude exchange over a late move-out, so read through them yourself before you commit. The rental process gets called easy, and you can reserve online and skip the counter. The place is wheelchair accessible.
