About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Charlotte and handles self storage along with auto, boat and RV parking. Renters give it a 4.8 across 272 Google reviews. Plenty of the feedback centers on the people who work here, with several reviewers describing staff as polite and willing to answer questions. Markee and Will come up by name for helping customers sort out their accounts. The building is wheelchair accessible from the entrance through the parking lot. Online eRental lets you skip the counter and go straight to your unit on move-in day. Reserving a space is free with no commitment. The company says it has offered the same personal attention for nearly 50 years. Not every review is a good one. A few reviewers report break-ins at the property, and others mention rate increases after they signed up. Cleanliness gets positive mentions too. If those concerns matter to you, read the recent reviews before you reserve.
