About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Charlotte with a mix of indoor and outdoor units. The indoor ones are climate controlled and come in sizes from 5x10 up to 10x20, some with elevator access and rollup doors. If you need to park a rig or a boat, the outdoor units go up to 10x25 and have drive-up access. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Tee gets named more than once for being patient and answering questions, and one customer said Anthony from another location drove over to help with a stuck door. People also mention the payment process and picking up moving supplies on site. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about a lock staying on after payment and trouble reaching a manager, and another described the climate controlled space as colder than expected. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you commit. Reserving online is free with no commitment.
