About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Chesterfield side offers outdoor uncovered parking for RVs, boats, and other vehicles, alongside drive-up enclosed units. If you need something indoors, there are climate controlled units in a range of sizes, some ground floor with bay or rollup doors and others reached by elevator. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff first. Diane gets named for walking people through rentals and swapping them into a better-sized unit without much fuss, and Shae gets credit for turning someone's rough day around. People also call the place clean and welcoming, and note clear instructions during signup. Not every review is glowing. Some mention carts being hard to find, and a few report the overhead entry door and elevators out of service for stretches. Worth knowing before you commit to an upper floor. The facility is open 24/7 and the lot and entrance are wheelchair accessible.
