About Public Storage
This Chicago Public Storage handles more than just household goods. The listings include covered, indoor, and outdoor spots, plus dedicated RV, boat, and car storage. The lot is gated and lit, and you can get in whenever you need with 24/7 access. Reviewers often bring up the staff by name, especially Jorge. People describe him as helpful and good at solving access problems. One long-time customer appreciated being able to downsize without a lot of fuss. Others mention the facility is clean and the sign-up process is easy. Not every review is glowing. Some renters say rates go up regularly, and one person with a parking lot spot didn't like paying extra to stay past 8. The same reviewer noted there's no electricity for lights if you're working at night. If you want covered or indoor space, ask what's free before you commit.

“Leaving a review as I have rented at other public storage facilities with meh customer service. But this location is by far the best customer service I have had at any storage facility, even outside Public Storage, thanks to Jorge.” – Maranatha K., 4 months ago, on Google
“Excellent service and assistance with my request to downsize my unit. A variety of options were provided and a great solution was reached.” – Thomas H., 3 months ago, on Google
“The space is excellent but mostly I am writing this review for Jorge. He was amazing, knowledgeable, problem solver and didn’t stop making himself available until my issue was resolved. That is something that is rare today.” – Sandeep M., 3 months ago, on Google
