About Public Storage
This Chicago Public Storage sits in a big self-storage building with climate controlled units, elevator access, and rollup doors. Ground floor spots are available too, some near the door or elevator. Access is 24/7 and cameras are on site. Reviews land at 4.8 stars from 521 people, and staff names come up a lot. Brittany gets called a problem solver and easy to work with. Laquita is described as quick and courteous. The rental process and account setup earn praise for being efficient. Not every review is warm. One person says the gate was out of order during posted business hours with no one around, which stung because they paid for 24/7 access. Another warns rates can go up with 30 days notice. Worth reading the mix before you commit. Online eRental lets you skip the counter.
