About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Columbia side of things handles more than boxes. The listings put covered, indoor and outdoor storage on the table, so there is room for an RV, a boat or a car depending on what you need. The lot is gated and lit, and access runs around the clock. Reviews land at 4.8 stars across 254 of them, and the names that come up most are the staff. Reviewers call out Shannon, Katie, Jovett and Kristen by name, usually for being patient with questions and helping them pick a unit without overspending. Several people mention the rental process going smoothly, and a few say they were steered toward online deals. Not every review is glowing. One person describes rat damage to their belongings and a rate increase, so it is worth asking about conditions and pricing before you sign. The office is wheelchair accessible, and you can reserve online and skip the counter with eRental if you would rather go straight to the unit.
