About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Columbia and handles the usual mix: covered, indoor and outdoor spaces, plus boat and car storage alongside regular self storage. Access is through a keypad and electronic gate, and the property is lit and open around the clock. The rating tells part of the story, a 4.9 across 368 Google reviews. What people keep writing about is the staff. Reviewers name Cecelia, Bridget, Debbie, Lisa, Bill and Ty, describing them as kind, responsive and willing to go the extra mile. One person mentioned losing their lock keys and getting sorted out on the spot. Another noted the grounds are clean and easy to get in and out of. Several mention a smooth rental or move-out process. Reserving is free with no commitment, and there is an online eRental option if you want to skip the counter. The company says it has been at this nearly 50 years.
