About Public Storage
Public Storage on Kenny Road runs a self-storage facility in Columbus that also handles RV, boat and car storage. Indoor units and outside drive-up units with rollup doors are both on the menu, and gate access runs around the clock. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, especially a woman named Yasi. People describe her as pleasant, patient and quick to answer questions, and one longtime customer said she found a good deal to get them out of a jam. The 4.9 rating across 347 reviews backs that up. It is not all praise. Some renters say their monthly rate climbed over time, and one noted that emptying a unit early in the month still means paying for the whole month. Snow plowing left piles in front of units, according to another review. Worth reading the fine print before you sign.
