About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Sawmill Rd in Dublin and handles more than household goods. The listings include covered, indoor and outdoor spots, so RVs, boats and cars have room here alongside regular self-storage. Gate and keypad access run around the clock. Reviewers tend to single out the staff. One thanked an employee for driving in from another location to fix a lock problem in person. Another said a manager cleared a billing issue, dropped a late fee and even lowered the payment. Clean, well-kept grounds come up too. Not every review is warm. Some renters describe a rough reservation process, and one complained about the gate code failing late at night with no answer on the phone. More than one person mentions extra fees on top of the listed rate. Online rental and a storage app are available if you want to skip the counter.
