About Public Storage
Public Storage on the self-storage side in Dallas also rents outdoor spaces for RVs and boats. You can park a large rig or a boat on an uncovered spot, and the property has drive-up access to outside units if you need to stash gear too. The listing doesn't spell out pad sizes, so ask when you call. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Amber, the property manager. They describe her as patient and knowledgeable and say she walks people through the paperwork without rushing. One reviewer said the property is clean and the team is attentive. Another mentioned easy navigation on site and polite help finding a space. Not every review is glowing. One person reported a bad experience with power loss and animal damage inside their RV while parked, and another said they were charged after moving out. With 505 Google reviews and a 4.7 rating, most feedback is positive, but those few are worth reading before you commit.
