About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in Dallas and handles more than household goods. Covered, indoor and outdoor spots are all mentioned, and the services list includes RV, boat and car storage alongside business storage. Drive up access and keypad entry at a gated, lit property make it easy to get a rig in and out. Reviews land at 4.8 stars across 981 of them, and staff come up again and again. People describe the team as helpful and thorough, and several call out Marcus, Reniga, Joseph, Quincy, Eli, Rose and Kate by name for walking them through the setup and answering questions. The property is described as clean and well maintained. One reviewer did flag a building elevator stuck out of service for a couple of weeks, so it is worth asking about access if you are on an upper floor. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter on move-in day. Hours are posted, so it is not a 24/7 site. Call ahead once to confirm the details that matter to you.
