About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Mockingbird Lane in Dallas handles both indoor units and outdoor vehicle parking, so there's room for a rig that needs cover and one that just needs a slab. Outside spots come uncovered with drive-up access. The biggest outdoor unit is a 10x30 enclosed space with a rollup door, listed for a boat or vehicle. Indoor options run from 10x10 up to 10x20, some climate controlled and some on the ground floor. A couple of the climate controlled units sit near a door or elevator, which helps on moving day. The lot is lit, and reviews mention the facility feeling clean and secure. Staff get most of the credit here. Reviewers name Justice and Everett, citing helpfulness and quick setup. One said clean and ready within 15 minutes of signing. Same-day reservations happen. A few reviewers mention rate negotiation. One review describes a cut lock and an insurance claim, so read the recent ones yourself before you commit.

“Ms. JUSTICE, this is NOT a review but rather a "Thank You!" These last few weeks have drained me all my patience in dealing with some real life changes/challenges. It was 01/05/2026 when we met. I kid you not I was nearly in tears.” – Brian W., 8 months ago, on Google
“I had a great experience at this Public Storage location. The facility was clean, well-lit, and felt very secure. What really stood out was the customer service. the manager, Justice, was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly.” – Tori F., 8 months ago, on Google
“I was able to reserve a unit same-day for quite the steal. Also, Everett went above and beyond to get us a dolly to stack all of our boxes on so we didn't have to take as many since our unit was on the second floor.” – Morgan F., 7 months ago, on Google
