About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Dallas offers covered, indoor, and outdoor storage options for RVs, boats, and cars. The facility is gated and lit, with keypad access and an on-site manager. Online rental lets you skip the counter and go straight to your unit. Reviewers often mention Justice and Angela by name for being kind and efficient. One customer said Justice went above and beyond to help. The online process gets praise too, with one person completing everything on their phone and accessing the building through the app. Not every review is positive. A few mention break-ins and frustrating communication, and some note rate increases. With 618 reviews and a 4.7 rating, most experiences are good, but it's worth reading the recent ones yourself.
