About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Dallas with indoor, climate controlled units reached by elevator. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, especially Maria, who gets named over and over for walking people through the rental process, helping them downsize, and even finding room for extra boxes. Avery gets similar praise for carting and dolly help during a stressful move. The property reads clean in reviews, bathrooms included. Two centrally located elevators and a couple of carts make unloading easier. One reviewer flagged the parking garage as tight, with only four spaces, so a truck is a squeeze. Gate access and the secure facility come up too. The units listed run from small 5x10 up to large 10x20, all inside with rollup doors and elevator access. Some sit near the door or elevator. Online eRental is offered if you want to skip the counter. The place is not open 24/7, so check office hours before you head over.
