About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Douglasville side runs a self-storage lot that also takes RVs, boats and cars. Spaces come covered, indoor or outdoor, with a gate, keypad entry and lights, and the property stays open around the clock. There is an on-site manager and drive-up access to units. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, and Caleb's name shows up again and again. People describe him walking them to a space that fit, following through on requests, and being polite and informative through the whole setup. One person moving from out of state after a 16 hour drive said he found them a space and pointed them to what they needed. The lot itself draws steady comments for being clean and organized, and long-term tenants mention the atmosphere feeling welcoming. If you want to reserve, the company says online booking is free with no commitment, and you can skip the counter and go straight to your unit.
