About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Douglasville and offers outdoor, uncovered drive-up parking for vehicles along with indoor and outdoor unit options. The lot is gated by 24/7 access, so you can pull in when it suits you rather than working around office hours. Larger 10x20 spaces with rollup doors are also on the list if you want your rig under cover. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Ms Tricia, Rachel, Quinn, Trakita and Kennedy get called out by name for being polite and informative, and one renter said the process was simple and easy to understand. Others describe the property as clean and well-maintained and say it feels secure. The online eRental option lets you skip the counter if you'd rather handle it yourself. A few reviews mention a rat infestation in a unit and worries about lighting at night being followed by no callback. It's worth a walk-through before you sign.
