About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul Moving & Storage on Highway 5 in Douglasville offers both indoor and outdoor storage, including drive-up vehicle spots. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, saying they go out of their way to help. One customer called the team "the best" and said they'd give 100 stars if they could. The facility has cameras, 24/7 access, and climate-controlled units. Some reviewers have complained about ants getting into their belongings. Another mentioned the parking lot can get jammed when trucks are being dropped off, making it hard to reach storage units.
