About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Bookman Road in Elgin and rents out more than indoor units. There is large uncovered outdoor parking with drive-up access for RVs, boats and vehicles. If you just need a place to set the rig down, that is the setup. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name. Anika gets mentioned for walking people through the app and matching them to the right spot, and Gloria and Adriane come up for being friendly and helpful. People describe the property as clean and well maintained. One reviewer parked a travel trailer here and said the process was simple. Not every review is glowing, so read through them yourself. Gates are open 24/7, which helps if you roll in late. Online rental is an option, and the company says it has been doing this for nearly 50 years. The office has wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.
