About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Elmhurst and rents indoor units plus drive-up ones with rollup doors, from small 5x5 spaces up to 10x30. The place is open 24/7 and has cameras on site. You can reserve online for free and use eRental to skip the counter and head straight to your unit. Reviewers mostly talk about the staff. People call them kind and helpful, say they explain things clearly, and describe the whole process as quick. One person working through a rental had a good word for the availability. Others mention grabbing packing supplies on site and a gated setup. The property has been around nearly 50 years, per the company. Not every review is warm. Some complain about snow and ice left on the paths in winter, and a few describe gate trouble and rising rent with little warning. A couple mention pests. The 4.8 rating across 325 reviews is an average worth weighing against those specific gripes.
