About U-Stor-It Self Storage - Elmhurst
U-Stor-It sits in Elmhurst and rents self storage plus spots for RVs, boats and other vehicles. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially Christy, the manager. One RV owner said she walked him out to the lot three times to sort out a spot problem and moved the paperwork over fast. The place has 24-hour access, and one reviewer rented a unit specifically because it was open around the clock for a vehicle. A 10x10 renter said the facility was very clean and easy to get in and out of. Others mention the staff taking time to show different unit options and explain how everything works. Not every review is glowing. One person got stuck when the online rental kept failing and noted the restrooms only open during office hours. The rating sits at 4.5 across 249 Google reviews, and the address is close to home for a lot of Elmhurst folks.
