About Public Storage
Public Storage on Industrial Road in Florence has covered, indoor, and outdoor spots for RVs, boats, and cars. The lot is gated and lit, with keypad entry and 24/7 access, so you can get to your rig whenever you need. There's an on-site manager and drive-up access to make parking easier. Reviewers often mention the staff, especially James, who is friendly and quick to help. Many say getting a unit was easy and the place feels welcoming. A few note that the lot has plenty of room to maneuver a large trailer. Not every review is positive: some complain about price increases and a billing dispute. Others mention rats in a unit. It's worth reading through the reviews yourself before you commit. The facility also offers moving supplies and business storage. You can reserve online and use eRental to skip the counter.
