About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Florence, Kentucky, and runs as a self-storage spot that also takes RVs, boats, and cars. Units listed are outside drive-up spaces from 5x10 up to 10x30, so you can pull right up to the door. Covered storage is mentioned too if you want your rig out of the weather. Access is 24 hours, and reviewers keep bringing that up. One night-shift worker said the round-the-clock hours help a lot. Others point to staff by name, calling them polite, caring, and easy to work with, and a few mention a welcome call after moving in. The rating sits at 4.6 across 534 Google reviews. It is not all praise. One reviewer said rates went up sharply and that management was hard to reach, and another reported material falling from the ceiling onto stored items. Worth knowing before you sign. Online rental is offered if you want to skip the counter.

What renters mention
“I've don't have anything but good compliments to give about this place. Opening up to 24 hours recently really helps me tremendously as I am a third shifter and life long night owl.” – DustiN, Edited 2 months ago, on Google
“People easily make or break a place. And places are mostly broken in my opinion. So I'd like to point out Tim as someone with a smiling face who genuinely cares enough to treat you as a person and not a number.” – Ryder, 4 months ago, on Google
“I initially chose this location specifically because it was a great deal, and I'm so glad I did. The person who runs this location, James, has met me with such humanity and understanding.” – Kelly S., 8 months ago, on Google
