About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Franklin and rents climate-controlled indoor units, including 10x15 and 10x20 spaces on the ground floor or with elevator access. Some units are near the door or elevator, which cuts down on hauling. The building is open 24/7 and the property is wheelchair accessible. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name. Amelia comes up often for being patient through paperwork and quick to answer questions. Ryan gets similar praise for being professional and helpful. People describe the place as clean, with restrooms on each floor and carts that are in good shape. One reviewer called it the best storage facility they have been to. Others point to the value, the climate-controlled options, and how fast setup goes. You can rent online through the app and end a lease there too. One caution from a review: a tenant reported an elevator breakdown where two workers were stuck and had to be rescued by the fire department. Worth knowing if you plan to use the elevator floors.
