About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Frisco and rents climate-controlled inside units, from small 5x10 lockers up to 10x20 spaces. Some sit near the elevator, some are ground floor. Doors use a keypad code or the app, and the property is lit and open to renters around the clock. Reviewers mostly talk about the staff. Polite, helpful, and one manager in particular gets named for knowing the job. People also call the place clean and mention the eRental option, which lets you skip the counter and go straight to your unit. Not every review is glowing. A few renters say rates went up, that leaving early still means paying for the full month, and that the temperature control did not feel cool. Others found the entry floor and short access timers awkward when moving with help. Worth reading before you book.

What renters mention
“I was a little upset when Public Storage in Frisco raised my rates. There is no contract and I suppose it is there ability to do that.” – Brandon H., 5 years ago, on Google
“I’ve rented a storage unit for a while now and I had no complaints about the particular facility. However, the fact that Public storage rises the monthly price continuously with no added benefit and no clear reason why.” – Amber w., 7 months ago, on Google
“I’ve rented with several storage companies over the years. This is by far the best facility. Clean and secure and the manager, Hy, really knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend.” – Vicki I., 6 months ago, on Google
