About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage on Sunflower Drive in Little Elm stores RVs and boats, including covered spots. Reviewers often mention Lina and Michael by name, saying they explain the process and help sort out parking issues. The site is gated with cameras. Inside, units come in climate-controlled options. You can handle the paperwork online or in person, and the staff also sells tape, boxes, and bubble wrap if you're mid-move. Folks describe units as clean and the move-in as quick. One recurring complaint: gate codes sometimes fail, and staff aren't always on site since they travel between locations. Some renters also mention fees. But most reviews land between four and five stars, and the kind staff comes up again and again.
