About Public Storage

Public Storage on Judd Parkway in Fuquay-Varina handles RVs, boats and cars along with regular self-storage. You can pick from covered, indoor or outdoor spots. The place is gated and lit, and you get keypad access around the clock. Reviewers often mention the staff. Nine reviews call out kind, helpful employees, and one customer wrote about Whitney going out of her way to sort out a billing problem right after Christmas. Six reviews say the facility is clean, and a few note that setup was easy and questions got answered. Not everything is perfect. One person drove all night from Florida expecting 24/7 unit access and couldn't get in at 3 a.m. Another review describes a hallway blocked with stuff and a gate that stopped working with no manager on site. Pricing comes up in ten reviews, sometimes as a gripe. Overall, it's a solid option if you want a gated spot with real people behind the counter.
