About Public Storage
Public Storage sits in Gainesville, Virginia, and rents spaces that work for RVs and boats as well as regular household storage. Units range from small 5x10 up to large 10x30, so you can pick a size that fits your rig. The site has 24/7 access. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Kaylee and Danielle get named a lot, described as patient, knowledgeable, and ready to walk people through the process. Several renters mention the quick sign-up and clear explanations of how everything works. Not every review is warm. A few people complain about rate increases after moving in and trouble reaching a live person right away, and one called the app unreliable. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit. The site is wheelchair accessible, and online rental lets you skip the counter.
