About Self Storage Plus
On Sudley Manor Drive in Manassas, near Costco and between Apple Federal Credit Union and the railroad overpass, this locally owned spot rents covered and outdoor parking for RVs and boats. The property is fenced, lit, and watched by cameras around the clock. Reviews land at 4.4 from 239 people, and the staff get most of the credit. Edwin comes up often, described as patient and quick to help people pick the right space. Unit selection and polite staff are the themes that repeat. A few reviewers had real problems: one camper was stolen from the gated lot while the gate was broken, and another unit was broken into. A rate increase after two months also drew complaints. Gates, cameras, and lights are only as good as their upkeep, so look at the gate and ask how access works before you park a rig. Climate-controlled units and packing supplies are on site if you need them.
