About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Hilliard and rents a mix of unit sizes, from 5x15 up to 10x30. Some are inside and climate controlled, others are outside with drive-up access. The largest spaces, 10x25 and 10x30, are listed for boats and vehicles, so there is room for more than a spare couch. Reviewers bring up the staff a lot, and mostly in a good way. Elizabeth and Angela come up by name for being patient and helpful, and one traveling worker said lost keys and codes were never a problem. People also mention clean grounds and units, carts for hauling stuff in, and an easy rental process. It is not all praise. One reviewer reserved a unit online, showed up to a kiosk, and found that space wasn't available, with the alternatives costing more. Access is 24/7, cameras are mentioned, and the entrance and lot are wheelchair accessible. You can reserve online and use eRental to skip the counter.
