About Public Storage
This Houston Public Storage sits in a city lot with both outdoor drive-up parking and indoor units. For RV owners that means a couple of ways to park, whether you want covered space or just a slab you can pull onto. The gate is open 24/7, so you are not racing a closing time after a late trip. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Lisa and Brenda get named a lot, and people describe them as patient and clear about what renting involves. Others mention the rental process moving fast and staff walking them through unit sizes. A few reviews note the team can get busy. One review is blunt and negative, describing lock problems over several visits. Worth reading the full reviews yourself before you commit. The facility offers climate controlled indoor units alongside the outdoor parking, and online rental lets you skip the counter.
