About Community Storage
Community Storage is a self-storage facility in Houston, Texas, that also lists RV storage among its categories. It has a 3.5-star Google rating from 16 reviews, so you get a mix of experiences rather than one clear verdict. The feedback splits in two. A few reviewers call it very clean and describe a friendly, pleasant place to rent. Others tell a rougher story. One outside-unit renter said weekly landscaping work blew grass clippings and dust into the unit, and that complaints went unanswered. That same reviewer said an inside unit might be fine and suggested outside units are the weak spot. Reviews also mention staff being rude and not owning up to mistakes, plus a general note that there is room to improve. The facility keeps set hours and is not open 24/7. If you are considering an outside spot, read the reviews first and ask about the unit before you sign.
