About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Houston side runs a self-storage site that also takes RVs, boats and cars. You can pick covered, indoor or outdoor parking depending on what your rig needs. The gate works on a keypad and the lot is lit, with access around the clock. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, and one name shows up again and again: Rory. People describe him as informative, efficient and willing to stay late to help finish a move. Others mention long-standing issues finally getting resolved once he took over as property manager. The office gets called clean, and the unit showings get called thorough. A few reviews mention billing issues, so read your paperwork. Reserving a space is free online with no commitment, and there is an eRental option if you want to skip the counter. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available.
