About Public Storage
This Houston Public Storage offers indoor units and drive-up spaces, including larger ones sized for boats and vehicles. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and the property is open 24/7 for access. Reviews mention polite staff by name, with one customer praising how helpful the front desk was during a move. Reviewers are not all positive. Several describe rat and mouse problems inside units, plus droppings found on stored items. Others point to rates that rose over time and say they paid different prices for the same size unit. It's worth reading through the recent reviews before committing, especially if you're storing anything soft or absorbent. The good reviews focus on customer service and the rental process. The bad ones focus on pests and pricing. Book online or stop by to see the units for yourself.
