About Storage King USA
Storage King USA sits on Veterans Memorial Dr in Houston, and the reviews point to the people first. Reviewers name Machelle and Eileen for walking them through units, answering questions, and staying easy to talk to. One customer said the staff gives the place a family feeling. The property is big and spread out, with gate hours that open early and close late. Reviewers mention climate controlled rooms with high ceilings and drive-up access. Cameras run video surveillance. Month to month leases are available, and the office takes credit cards. Tenants can add insurance, and commercial space is an option. On price, one reviewer called the rates competitive and said increases come less often than at bigger companies. Another came from a nearby competitor and found better rates and units here. With 196 Google reviews averaging 4.7, the front office gets most of the credit.
